Exterior Resurfacing That Looks Refined and Takes a Beating
Exterior resurfacing renews your existing concrete instead of tearing it out — a bonded overlay that goes down over a sound slab, then gets sealed to a designer-grade finish. It's what we reach for when a surface needs to look right and stand up to sun, water, road salt, and daily traffic at the same time.
We install it in two systems. Which one fits depends on the surface and how it's used — we'll tell you straight which is right for your project.
Two Systems
Architectural Quartz
Our premium finish — a fine quartz overlay finished smooth and easy underfoot, slip-resistant where water and bare feet meet, then colored and sealed to look like it belongs with the house. Beautiful on pool decks, patios, and porches, and traffic-rated enough to resurface a driveway with the same designer-grade result. It holds its color under full sun, shrugs off pool chemicals and road salt, and rides out Middle Tennessee's freeze-thaw without fading or letting go.
Structural Broom Finish
The practical, traffic-rated route for driveways and approaches — a structural, broom-finished overlay built to take vehicle weight, shrug off freeze-thaw and road salt, and hold its curb appeal. A clean, even finish that returns to service fast.
Where It Goes
- Pool decks and surrounds where slip resistance matters (Sabbia)
- Patios and covered porches that see daily use (Sabbia)
- Front walkways and entry approaches (Sabbia)
- Driveways and motor courts (Sabbia for a premium finish, Strada for the practical route)
How It Holds Up
Both systems are built for Middle Tennessee's sun, humidity, and freeze-thaw cycles — they resist fading, stand up to road salt and deicers, and take the traffic each surface actually sees. As with all our exterior work, resurfacing needs a sound base — we assess the slab first and tell you straight if the concrete needs attention before a finish goes down.
