How We Install It

- Clean and prepare. We deep-clean the surface and address anything that would keep the stain from taking evenly, so the color lands the way it should.
- Apply the color. Stain is worked into the concrete by hand, building depth and movement rather than a flat, uniform coat.
- Detail the finish. We refine the color and tone until the surface reads the way you want it, matched to the room or the setting.
- Seal. The surface is sealed for durability and the right level of sheen, protecting the color and making the floor easy to keep clean.
- Walk it together. We review the finished surface with you before the job is called done.

Stained concrete has a natural, variegated character that a solid coating cannot match. Because the color settles into the surface unevenly by design, the finished floor has depth and movement, closer to natural stone than to paint.
